Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LensCal mobile application (the "App") operated by LensCal ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

LensCal offers a "Freemium" model with a free tier (1 food scan per day) and a paid "Pro Plan" subscription for unlimited features.

We may offer a free trial period (typically 3 days) for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the free trial has expired. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the current rate unless cancelled.

The nutritional information provided by LensCal is generated by Artificial Intelligence algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, AI estimations may not be 100% precise. LensCal is for informational purposes only and should not be used for medical advice or diagnosis.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LensCal and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LensCal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
